What is the Simply Bread App?

The Simply Bread App is a platform that allows you to sell your products to your customers, control your availability, track your orders and communicate with your customers all in the one platform.

What payment options are available to my customers?

We have integrated easy payment options ensuring your customers have a seamless experience purchasing your products. The convenient payment options offered are Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp and credit card.

Will my customers be notified about my bake days?

All of your customers that have opted in to receive notifications will receive your bake announcements and the cutoff reminders reminding them to place their order before ordering closes.

How will my customers know when to pick up their orders and from where?

When creating a bake day, you can set your pickup location and a pickup window. Additionally, you can schedule up to two pickup reminders to ensure your customers do not forget to pick up their orders.

Can I have more than one bake day live on my storefront at the same time?

Yes! You can have as many bake days live at the same time as you want.

Will the Simply Bread App connect with my Simply Bread Oven?

Yes, the app does connect with your oven but it has limited capabilities for now. The primary focus for the app is to enable you to easily sell your products to your customers.
